Continuing from Romans 2, speaking of the circumcised and the uncircumcised. Of Israelites and the gentiles. Romans 3 and verse 1 reads.

Rom.3:1] What advantage then hath the Jew? or what profit is there of circumcision?

This is said because Jesus has shed his blood on the cross. Therefore, all blood ordinances have been done away with. But the law is still in effect, do not forget this.

Rom.3:2] Much every way: chiefly, because that unto them were committed the oracles of God.

Committed the promises of God. Isa.43:26.

Isa.43:25] I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins.
[26] Put me in remembrance: let us plead together: declare thou, that thou mayest be justified.

Remind me of my promises, is what the Lord just said. Not that he may have forgot them, he wants to know if you have read them. Back to Romans and verse 3 reads.

Rom.3:3] For what if some did not believe? shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect?
[4] God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.

As it is written. Psa.62:9 and it reads.

Psa.62:9] Surely men of low degree are vanity, and men of high degree are a lie: to be laid in the balance, they are altogether lighter than vanity.

Back to Romans and verse 5 reads.

Rom.3:5] But if our unrighteousness commend the righteousness of God, what shall we say? Is God unrighteous who taketh vengeance? (I speak as a man)
[6] God forbid: for then how shall God judge the world?

If you do not believe does that make Gods word untrue? No, it makes you wrong.

Rom.3:7] For if the truth of God hath more abounded through my lie unto his glory; why yet am I also judged as a sinner?
[8] And not rather, (as we be slanderously reported, and as some affirm that we say,) Let us do evil, that good may come? whose damnation is just.
[9] What then? are we better than they? No, in no wise: for we have before proved both Jews and Gentiles, that they are all under sin;

It is for this reason we are to teach the gentiles law and the prophets.

Rom.3:10] As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:

Written in Psalms 14 and it reads.

Psa.14:1] The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.
[2] The LORD looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God.
[3] They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

We are all sinners, but by the grace of God, that’s him dying on the cross for us.

Psa.14:4] Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge? who eat up my people as they eat bread, and call not upon the LORD.
[5] There were they in great fear: for God is in the generation of the righteous.

That would be in this generation, the generation of the fig tree.

Psa.14:6] Ye have shamed the counsel of the poor, because the LORD is his refuge.
[7] Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion! when the LORD bringeth back the captivity of his people, Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.

That would mean in this generation we will go back into captivity, but Israel shall do valiantly. Back to Romans and verse 11 reads.

Rom.3:11] There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.
[12] They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

Again, this is why we go back and find where it was written, it is so important in understanding Gods word.

Rom.3:13] Their throat is an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips:

Sepulchre is grave, they are spiritually dead.

Rom.3:14] Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness:
[15] Their feet are swift to shed blood:
[16] Destruction and misery are in their ways:
[17] And the way of peace have they not known:
[18] There is no fear of God before their eyes.

Without a doubt we are talking about Kenites here. Those that claim to be of Judah, but do lie and are of the synagogue of Satan. “Shed blood”? Who was the first murderer? Cain, and his offspring are called Kenites. And these five verses showed us how they are. Easier to keep an eye on what you need to know.

Rom.3:19] Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.
[20] Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.

Because of law we know sin. Sin is transgression of the law. 1John3:4. We teach the gentiles that repentance gives salvation.

Rom.3:21] But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;

God makes known the law to the gentiles, with the prophets being the second witness.

Rom.3:22] Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:

John 3:16-17 reads.

John 3:16] For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
[17] For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

Just in case you forgot. Back to Romans and verse 23 reads.

Rom.3:23] For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

Those that sin, are short of the glory of God. Meaning salvation is in jeopardy.

Rom.3:24] Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:

Jesus is our Redeemer, and his blood paid the price.

Rom.3:25] Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;

Once saved, always saved is not true. This just said for past sins. you cannot repent for future sins. But, don’t overlook “through faith”.

Rom.3:26] To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.
[27] Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith.
[28] Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.

The law, works, and faith come by belief on Jesus Christ.

Rom.3:29] Is he the God of the Jews only? is he not also of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also:
[30] Seeing it is one God, which shall justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith.
[31] Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law.

Faith establishes law, belief in Jesus (The Living Word) is Faith. From Genesis thru Revelations is the Word of God. We cannot repent unless we believe, that Jesus died on the cross. And after 3 days rose again defeating Death, that is the Devil. Heb.2:14. Sounds hard to understand at first, but when we break it down, it makes it a lot easier to understand. Let’s go to his throne.

Father, we thank you for your word and ask that you bless all that love you in Jesus’s precious name, Amen.
