John, still being shown things for him to write for us, is being taken back a little way as we will see. We know that Mystery Babylon was the governmental system and ran by the Kenites. And we now continue with Rev.18 and verse 1 reads.
Rev.18:1] And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory.
This word power is G1849 Exousia in Greek, and means; (concretely magistrate superhuman: potentate token of control). 1. authority over mankind. Meaning an Archangel. John has been taken back to either the subject or time of chapter 14 as we will see in a minute.
Rev.18:2] And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.
Before we go back to chapter 14 let’s look at what he just said. Babylon or Jerusalem in the time of the fifth and sixth trump has been taken over by evil people and spirits. This angel is the same as the second angel from chapter 14, Rev.14 and verse 8 reads.
Rev.14:8] And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.
Then comes the third angel.
Rev.14:9] And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,
[10] The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:
Now we see who this angel was, he was the second angel of Rev.14. back to Rev.18 and verse 3 reads.
Rev.18:3] For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.
The kings of the earth are the One World Order. They commit idolatry with her worshipping the two beasts. Notice the merchants here. Let’s go to Eze.28 and see this word is translated as traffick, God is speaking to Satan here, and this is the verse where Satan is sentenced to being turned to ashes from within. Eze.28 and verse 18 reads.
Eze.28:18] Thou hast defiled thy sanctuaries by the multitude of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffick; therefore will I bring forth a fire from the midst of thee, it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee.
For those Kenites who are the merchants and follow Satan will taste the cup of wrath that will be poured out. Back to Rev.18 and verse 4 reads.
Rev.18:4] And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.
His children will hear the truth and come out of confusion and repent in time. This is Zerubbabel, which means; born in confusion. But he does come out. You can read about Zerubbabel, son of Shealtiel in Ezra and Nehemiah. He was made governor of Judah when Judah came out of captivity from Babylon. Being that we are studying about Babylon, and we know in these end times Satan is the king of Babylon, let’s go to the minor prophets, two specifically. First Hag.2 and verse 4 reads.
Hag.2:4] Yet now be strong, O Zerubbabel, saith the LORD; and be strong, O Joshua, son of Josedech, the high priest; and be strong, all ye people of the land, saith the LORD, and work: for I am with you, saith the LORD of hosts:
Do not overlook “and work”.
Hag.2:5] According to the word that I covenanted with you when ye came out of Egypt, so my spirit remaineth among you: fear ye not.
[6] For thus saith the LORD of hosts; Yet once, it is a little while, and I will shake the heavens, and the earth, and the sea, and the dry land;
The LORD is speaking here of these end times .
Hag.2:7] And I will shake all nations, and the desire of all nations shall come: and I will fill this house with glory, saith the LORD of hosts.
Any of that sound familiar, now let’s go to Zec.4 and pick it up with verse 2 and it reads.
Zec.4:2] And said unto me, What seest thou? And I said, I have looked, and behold a candlestick all of gold, with a bowl upon the top of it, and his seven lamps thereon, and seven pipes to the seven lamps, which are upon the top thereof:
[3] And two olive trees by it, one upon the right side of the bowl, and the other upon the left side thereof.
Seven candlesticks and seven lamps we studied in Rev.1:20. And the two witnesses that come to pour out the truth to God’s elect. Rev.11:3-4.
Zec.4:4] So I answered and spake to the angel that talked with me, saying, What are these, my lord?
[5] Then the angel that talked with me answered and said unto me, Knowest thou not what these be? And I said, No, my lord.
[6] Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.
[7] Who art thou, O great mountain? before Zerubbabel thou shalt become a plain: and he shall bring forth the headstone thereof with shoutings, crying, Grace, grace unto it.
This is why we came here. Rev.18:4 just said come out of her my people. Come out of confusion, Babylon means confusion.
Zec.4:8] Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
[9] The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house; his hands shall also finish it; and thou shalt know that the LORD of hosts hath sent me unto you.
What has happened with Zerubbabel will happen again in the end times, he will finish it.
Zec.4:10] For who hath despised the day of small things? for they shall rejoice, and shall see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel with those seven; they are the eyes of the LORD, which run to and fro through the whole earth.
The seven thousand very elect that the LORD will send, along with the two witnesses. But, never fear, the LORD is with us, and has given us his word to understand all that must happen before the end is finished. Back to Rev.18 and verse 5 reads.
Rev.18:5] For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.
[6] Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double.
Mother Babylon receives doubled with those they have convinced to follow them. She purposely deceived them, false witness, false teachers.
Rev.18:7] How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow.
Why would she say she is no widow? Because her offspring crucified our Lord Jesus Christ. We wait for that marriage to the Lamb, she doesn’t. She also sees no sorrow, meaning she will not repent.
Rev.18:8] Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her.
In one day, that would be the LORD’s Day. The beginning of the millennium, she will die. This is the governmental system Satan has ruled over the world for the period of the tribulation. These four are Financial, Political, Education, and Religion. The Kenites will take power over these four institutions, we see they are taking control of them now. The seven thousand fallen angels also die immediately at the coming of the Lord, at the seventh trump. Just keeping perspective here as we go.
Rev.18:9] And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her, shall bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning,
[10] Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come.
The kings of the earth who worshipped with her, will watch her burn. Do they have the millennium to see whether they will live eternally? We will see.
Rev.18:11] And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more:
These merchants are the Kenites. We won’t be needing any of their merchandise any more because all are in spirit and there is no more flesh.
Rev.18:12] The merchandise of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, and fine linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine wood, and all manner vessels of ivory, and all manner vessels of most precious wood, and of brass, and iron, and marble,
[13] And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men.
[14] And the fruits that thy soul lusted after are departed from thee, and all things which were dainty and goodly are departed from thee, and thou shalt find them no more at all.
No reason for any of these anymore, we are all in our spiritual bodies. Besides, what can we possibly buy while in the spirit? Nothing.
Rev.18:15] The merchants of these things, which were made rich by her, shall stand afar off for the fear of her torment, weeping and wailing,
[16] And saying, Alas, alas, that great city, that was clothed in fine linen, and purple, and scarlet, and decked with gold, and precious stones, and pearls!
[17] For in one hour so great riches is come to nought. And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off,
[18] And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this great city!
Let’s go to Isaiah 14 and pick it up with verse 3 and it reads.
Isa.14:3] And it shall come to pass in the day that the LORD shall give thee rest from thy sorrow, and from thy fear, and from the hard bondage wherein thou wast made to serve,
[4] That thou shalt take up this proverb against the king of Babylon, and say, How hath the oppressor ceased! the golden city ceased!
Speaking of these end times and that great harlot.
Isa.14:5] The LORD hath broken the staff of the wicked, and the sceptre of the rulers.
The Kenites and those earthly kings.
Isa.14:6] He who smote the people in wrath with a continual stroke, he that ruled the nations in anger, is persecuted, and none hindereth.
[7] The whole earth is at rest, and is quiet: they break forth into singing.
After the seventh trump all of God’s children will break forth with singing and praising the LORD. Back to Rev.18 and verse 19 reads.
Rev.18:19] And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas, that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate.
[20] Rejoice over her, thou heaven, and ye holy apostles and prophets; for God hath avenged you on her.
All the prophets from righteous Abel to Zacharias, and those whose lives were lost for the testimony of Jesus. God has given to her double, and has poured out his vials on her and those who followed her.
Rev.18:21] And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all.
[22] And the voice of harpers, and musicians, and of pipers, and trumpeters, shall be heard no more at all in thee; and no craftsman, of whatsoever craft he be, shall be found any more in thee; and the sound of a millstone shall be heard no more at all in thee;
[23] And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived.
[24] And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth.
Yes, these are the Kenites, the offspring of Cain. The first prophesy in Gen.3:14-15 has come to pass. The wicked will not have the millennium for salvation; they are cut off and thrown into the fire, up in smoke forever and ever Amen. I can’t stress enough how important Isaiah 14 and Ezekiel 28 are for this study. Please take time to study those two chapters. The LORD is speaking directly to Satan in both of them. After Revelation I will be going to the prophets to continue our studies. Let’s go to his throne.
