Today we will go through The Seven Vials. So far, we have done the Seven Seals, and the Seven Trumps. This will complete the three Seven’s. Keep in mind the second beast comes at 666. With that Rev.16 and verse 1 reads.
Rev.16:1] And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.
The seventh trump is about to sound, and the Lord Jesus is coming. Making these vials being poured out just before the end of the fifth trump. With the sixth vial and the seventh vial lining up with the last two trumps. Now before we get into these Vials, I want you to understand they are not little bottles with a small opening at the top. G5357 in our Strongs’, Phialē in Greek, and means; a broad shallow cup. a broad shallow bowl, deep saucer. Of uncertain affinity. So, when they get poured out it comes all at once.
Rev.16:2] And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshipped his image.
Here is the first vial. This word Noisome in the Greek is G2556, and pertains to the wicked. This word Sore is meant for a fever, or an ulcer that produces puss. This vial is directed for those who had the mark on their hand (doing the work for Satan) and those that have the mark in their foreheads which worship the one world order and are deceived.
Rev.16:3] And the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea; and it became as the blood of a dead man: and every living soul died in the sea.
This is a spiritual death, all who were deceived and did deceive them, will feel these two vials immediately. Remember the sea are the peoples. Rev.17:15.
Rev.16:4] And the third angel poured out his vial upon the rivers and fountains of waters; and they became blood.
We will see this vial is intended for the Kenites.
Rev.16:5] And I heard the angel of the waters say, Thou art righteous, O Lord, which art, and wast, and shalt be, because thou hast judged thus.
[6] For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy.
Jesus spoke to them directly in Mat.23, and told them their demise for the end times. Mat.23 and verse 29 reads.
Mat.23:29] Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because ye build the tombs of the prophets, and garnish the sepulchres of the righteous,
Speaking to those that were in high places, play acting to lord over the people in the churches.
Mat.23:30] And say, If we had been in the days of our fathers, we would not have been partakers with them in the blood of the prophets.
[31] Wherefore ye be witnesses unto yourselves, that ye are the children of them which killed the prophets.
[32] Fill ye up then the measure of your fathers.
[33] Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell?
Calling them to their faces they are the offspring of the serpent’s seed. Offspring of Cain, Kenites.
Mat.23:34] Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and some of them ye shall kill and crucify; and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute them from city to city:
[35] That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar.
[36] Verily I say unto you, All these things shall come upon this generation.
We can now say also John the Baptist, Jesus Christ, Stephen, and all twelve of the Apostles. Notice he then tells them that all these things shall come upon this generation. This word generation is offspring, meaning all the way to the fig tree generation when God’s elect will be delivered up to Satan and very well may be added to that list.
Mat.23:37] O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!
[38] Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.
[39] For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.
When the Lord comes, all knees will bow to him. Back to Rev.16 and verse 7 reads.
Rev.16:7] And I heard another out of the altar say, Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgments.
That angel came right from the altar. Here comes the fourth vial.
Rev.16:8] And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire.
This is one plague that was not part of the plagues from Egypt. But remember this was a power given to Elijah, to bring fire down from heaven. This should be right before the sixth trump when the witnesses are here. I believe all these five vials will be poured out on and in the fifth trump.
Rev.16:9] And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory.
So, we see here that this great heat is Truth, God’s elect are doing their jobs and are being delivered up. But, notice they will not repent for their sins, this is not poured out on any of the elect but those who are deceived and have not the word of God in their foreheads.
Rev.16:10] And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for pain,
[11] And blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and repented not of their deeds.
This fifth vial is poured out on the one world order, the seat of the first beast. Let’s go back to Rev.2 and read about the church of Pergamos. Rev.2 and verse 12 reads.
Rev.2:12] And to the angel of the church in Pergamos write; These things saith he which hath the sharp sword with two edges;
The sword is the word of God.
Rev.2:13] I know thy works, and where thou dwellest, even where Satan’s seat is: and thou holdest fast my name, and hast not denied my faith, even in those days wherein Antipas was my faithful martyr, who was slain among you, where Satan dwelleth.
Telling us this church is the seat of Satan, they have the mark in their hands and on their foreheads. Antipas means; of my Father. I truly believe Antipas is Enoch.
Rev.2:14] But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication.
They taught the rapture doctrine, and thinking they would worship the first Jesus, they were deceived.
Rev.2:15] So hast thou also them that hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitans, which thing I hate.
In Eze.13 God said “I am against those that teach my children to fly.”
Rev.2:16] Repent; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth.
When the Elect are delivered up, some will hear. But others will be too ashamed to repent, and gnash their teeth in pain.
Rev.2:17] He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.
God’s elect (144,000) will hear the truth (that hidden manna) and will overcome, and repent. Back to Rev.16 and verse 12 reads.
Rev.16:12] And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared.
These kings of the east are not the kings of the earth but are the seven thousand fallen angels Satan brings with him. Satan comes at the sixth seal, the sixth trump and the sixth vial, meaning here he is.
Rev.16:13] And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.
All three are one, the dragon is the second beast and he is the false prophet. He claims to be Jesus. What comes out of his mouth, lies. Rev.9:15.
Rev.16:14] For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.
Being just before the seventh trump, they (Satan and his angels) gather the kings of the earth, the first beast which is the one world order.
Rev.16:15] Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.
He is talking to you and me here, we are watchmen and we have read his Word. We have read 1Thes.5 and verse 1 reads.
1Thes.5:1] But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you.
[2] For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.
[3] For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.
[4] But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.
[5] Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.
[6] Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober.
And we also have read 2Pet.3 and verse 10 reminds us.
2Pet.3:10] But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
Those who read God’s word worry about nothing, but those who believed what man tells him instead of reading for himself is cursed. Jer.17:5. Back to Rev.16 and verse 16 reads.
Rev.16:16] And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.
Let’s look at this word Armageddon. Ar means city. Magedio means the gathering place of the crowd. It will be in Jerusalem, Satan is there claiming to be Jesus, and thinks he can build an army to fight against the LORD.
Rev.16:17] And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done.
The second time we have heard Jesus say it is done, remember on the cross. Now, he says it again, why? we need to go back to Zec.9, where we have the two advents written for us today. Zec.9 and verse 9 being the first advent reads.
Zec.9:9] Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion; shout, O daughter of Jerusalem: behold, thy King cometh unto thee: he is just, and having salvation; lowly, and riding upon an ass, and upon a colt the foal of an ass.
That was the first advent, Jesus came in the flesh and when they had crucified him, he said it is done.
Zec.9:10] And I will cut off the chariot from Ephraim, and the horse from Jerusalem, and the battle bow shall be cut off: and he shall speak peace unto the heathen: and his dominion shall be from sea even to sea, and from river even to the ends of the earth.
That is the second advent, the coming of the Lord at the seventh trump. It is done. Back to Rev.16 and verse 18 reads.
Rev.16:18] And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great.
The seventh trump sounds and the seventh vial is poured out, it is done. All are changed instantly into our spirit bodies. 1Cor.15:50. And they think that they can make war with Jesus, let’s see.
Rev.16:19] And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.
[20] And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found.
Mountains are nations. Islands are for smaller nations both making up the first beast, the one world order.
Rev.16:21] And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great.
These talents are about 180 lbs. each. No one can make war with God but the fact that they thought they could makes me laugh. It is over, the Lord has come and the millennium will begin. Not for those who had the mark in their hands, but only for those that were deceived. The Kenites will be gathered and burned and the fallen angels die immediately at the coming of the Lord. What did we learn in this chapter? I hope you learned that the cup that Jesus prayed would be taken from him will not. We just read in this chapter that it will be poured out. Splash! A wide mouth dish, not a little bottle, and all at once. Come Lord Jesus, come. Before we go let’s go to 1Cor.15 and pick it up with verse 50 and it reads.
1Cor.15:50] Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.
Speaking of our fleshly bodies.
1Cor.15:51] Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
We shall not all die, at the coming of the Lord, but we shall all be changed.
1Cor.15:52] In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
All that are alive will be changed into our spiritual bodies at the seventh trump. Let’s go to his throne.
