A hymn of praise. This chapter also looks ahead to the end times, as all prophecies do. Isaiah 26 and verse 1 reads.

Isa.26:1] In that day shall this song be sung in the land of Judah; We have a strong city; salvation will God appoint for walls and bulwarks.

In that day is the LORD’s Day, at the seventh trump. But what of this song? Let’s go to Rev.15 and verse 3 reads.

Rev.15:3] And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvellous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, thou King of saints.

Those that overcome sing the song of Moses. The song of Moses is Deuteronomy 32:1-45. Back to verse 1, it also says; We have a strong city; salvation will God appoint for walls and bulwarks. This word bulwarks is H2426 chêyl pronounced Khale, and means; an army. Jesus returns with a mighty army at the seventh trump. Back to Isa.26 and verse 2 reads.

Isa.26:2] Open ye the gates, that the righteous nation which keepeth the truth may enter in.

Let’s go to Psalms 118 and verse 19 reads.

Psa.118:19] Open to me the gates of righteousness: I will go into them, and I will praise the LORD:
[20] This gate of the LORD, into which the righteous shall enter.
[21] I will praise thee: for thou hast heard me, and art become my salvation.

Salvation again in the Old Testament telling us that Jesus would come and be our strength in the end times. Jesus is the Living Word. God’s word is our strength in these end times. Back to Isa.26 and verse 3 reads.

Isa.26:3] Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.

Thou is the LORD. He keeps those of us who do not go astray, the virgin bride. I want to go to Jeremiah 17 and verse 5 reads.

Jer.17:5] Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD.
[6] For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh; but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land and not inhabited.
[7] Blessed is the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is.

Never forget these verses. Back to Isa.26 and verse 4 reads.

Isa.26:4] Trust ye in the LORD for ever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength:

I will not argue over his Holy name, we are only given YHVH from the manuscripts. There are no J’s in the Hebrew alphabet and we are to insert the vowels. Yah-O-Veh or JEHOVAH in English, I will pronounce his name Yah. Yah is our strength in these end times.

Isa.26:5] For he bringeth down them that dwell on high; the lofty city, he layeth it low; he layeth it low, even to the ground; he bringeth it even to the dust.

Let’s go to Mat.24 and verse 1 reads.

Mat.24:1] And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to shew him the buildings of the temple.
[2] And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

Those that are proud shall be brought low. Jerusalem is that city, and Satan will stand there claiming to be the Christ. and the whole world is deceived. Back to Isa.26 and verse 6 reads.

Isa.26:6] The foot shall tread it down, even the feet of the poor, and the steps of the needy.
[7] The way of the just is uprightness: thou, most upright, dost weigh the path of the just.

The poor are the humble, and the just are God’s elect. The Thou is the LORD and he will keep our paths clear from stumbling.

Isa.26:8] Yea, in the way of thy judgments, O LORD, have we waited for thee; the desire of our soul is to thy name, and to the remembrance of thee.

We wait on the LORD because we know he comes at the seventh trump, while the antichrist comes first at the sixth trump. Let’s go to Dan.12 and verse 11 reads.

Dan.12:11] And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that maketh desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days.

The sixth trump.

Dan.12:12] Blessed is he that waiteth, and cometh to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days.

Blessed is he that waits for the LORD. Back to Isa.26 and verse 9 reads.

Isa.26:9] With my soul have I desired thee in the night; yea, with my spirit within me will I seek thee early: for when thy judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness.

This is talking about the elect seeking him early in the fifth trump, a time for learning and teaching others. Let’s go to Hosea 15 and verse 15 reads.

Hos.5:15] I will go and return to my place, till they acknowledge their offence, and seek my face: in their affliction they will seek me early.

All has been planned out for a long time in God’s word. Back to Isa.26 and verse 10 reads.

Isa.26:10] Let favour be shewed to the wicked, yet will he not learn righteousness: in the land of uprightness will he deal unjustly, and will not behold the majesty of the LORD.

This word favor is H2603 and means; to show pity, to be loathsome. They will not repent, even when they see the true Christ. Why? Because they are of that wicked one, these are Kenites.

Isa.26:11] LORD, when thy hand is lifted up, they will not see: but they shall see, and be ashamed for their envy at the people; yea, the fire of thine enemies shall devour them.

Let’s go to Psa.28 and verse 4 reads.

Psa.28:4] Give them according to their deeds, and according to the wickedness of their endeavours: give them after the work of their hands; render to them their desert.
[5] Because they regard not the works of the LORD, nor the operation of his hands, he shall destroy them, and not build them up.
[6] Blessed be the LORD, because he hath heard the voice of my supplications.
[7] The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him.

Back to Isa.26 and verse 12 reads.

Isa.26:12] LORD, thou wilt ordain peace for us: for thou also hast wrought all our works in us.

Ordain is peace of mind. All we do we do for the LORD, and our works are the only thing that we take with us to heaven. Our fine linen is made up of our righteous works.

Isa.26:13] O LORD our God, other lords beside thee have had dominion over us: but by thee only will we make mention of thy name.

Antichrist is lord (lower case l), he is given dominion of the earth for a short time. but only you are LORD of Lords and KING of Kings.

Isa.26:14] They are dead, they shall not live; they are deceased, they shall not rise: therefore hast thou visited and destroyed them, and made all their memory to perish.

Check out this word deceased, it is a proper name H7496 râphâʼ pronounced raw-faw’. Said here for the fallen angels from Gen.6:2. They are the seven thousand that die in the streets at the coming of the Lord, because they refused to be born of woman, but rather chose to seduce woman. Rev.11:13.

Isa.26:15] Thou hast increased the nation, O LORD, thou hast increased the nation: thou art glorified: thou hadst removed it far unto all the ends of the earth.

I strongly believe we are talking about America here. Isaiah 18, that land set aside for his children. Here in America we have all twelve tribes, we are the house of Israel. Israel today is the house of Judah, at the seventh trump the two sticks will be joined together again.

Isa.26:16] LORD, in trouble have they visited thee, they poured out a prayer when thy chastening was upon them.

Their prayer is a speech, they cry out only when things are going bad for them. They never knew it was the LORD that had chastised them because they never read the word of God.

Isa.26:17] Like as a woman with child, that draweth near the time of her delivery, is in pain, and crieth out in her pangs; so have we been in thy sight, O LORD.

Jesus spoke compassionately to his disciples about this. Let’s go to John 16 and verse 20 reads.

John 16:20] Verily, verily, I say unto you, That ye shall weep and lament, but the world shall rejoice: and ye shall be sorrowful, but your sorrow shall be turned into joy.
[21] A woman when she is in travail hath sorrow, because her hour is come: but as soon as she is delivered of the child, she remembereth no more the anguish, for joy that a man is born into the world.
[22] And ye now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you.

The love of the LORD for us is great. Back to Isa.26 and verse 18 reads.

Isa.26:18] We have been with child, we have been in pain, we have as it were brought forth wind; we have not wrought any deliverance in the earth; neither have the inhabitants of the world fallen.

This verse speaks of the one who has no works for the LORD with substance. Let’s go to Psa.17 and feel the difference between the two.

Psa.17:13] Arise, O LORD, disappoint him, cast him down: deliver my soul from the wicked, which is thy sword:
[14] From men which are thy hand, O LORD, from men of the world, which have their portion in this life, and whose belly thou fillest with thy hid treasure: they are full of children, and leave the rest of their substance to their babes.
[15] As for me, I will behold thy face in righteousness: I shall be satisfied, when I awake, with thy likeness.

It is so important to give meat of God’s word to others, not just milk. Milk is for children, but meat makes the soul grow with understanding. Back to Isa.26 and verse 19 reads.

Isa.26:19] Thy dead men shall live, together with my dead body shall they arise. Awake and sing, ye that dwell in dust: for thy dew is as the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast out the dead.

The first word “dead” is the spiritually dead, they will have the millennium. But the last word in that verse “dead” is the same as verse 14, H7496 the fallen angels. They will not live. They have been sentenced to death in Jude and verse 6 reads.

Jude 6] And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.

Back to Isa.26 and verse 20 reads.

Isa.26:20] Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast.

Wait for the LORD, if you as one of God’s elect are delivered up to Satan in that day then go. But do not speak, for the LORD will open your mouth and speak in your stead. This is our destiny.

Isa.26:21] For, behold, the LORD cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.

This word cover is the same as from chapter 25. Remember we went to Eze.13:17-23 and learned that they cover God’s outstretched saving arms. And taught them to fly away, this is the abomination of the rapture doctrine. You are probably learning for the first time the prophets were sent by God. God’s word is complete, and everything written will come to pass exactly as it is written for the end times. It is so important to know God’s word, keep studying, your eyes are being opened for a reason. Let’s go to his throne.

Father, we thank you for your word and ask that you bless all that love you in Jesus’s precious name, Amen.
