So, giving much thought in how to explain the rapture theory, without hurting any feelings, I’ve realized there is but only one way to teach the truth. Since it is the biggest lie in today’s world, and that it is the most believed. That being said, it also is the cause of the “great falling away.” This must happen before the 7th. trump can happen. Pastors that teach the “rapture” always start with verse 17 of 1Thes. Ch.4. doing this, they overlook the subject brought up in verse 13. So, let’s begin with verse 13 and it reads.
1Thes.4:13] But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.
Understand he said ignorant. Unlearned. This word asleep is dead. Even as the heathen have no hope in life everlasting. They don’t. They do not believe in God. but we do. Anyway, this just said, where are the dead. It did not say this is how the rapture will happen.
1Thes.4:14] For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.
Those that have died, Jesus will bring with him. That army that comes with the Lord are all that have died believing in him. And all that have overcome. Our family and friends that have passed away, believing on Jesus.
1Thes.4:15] For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.
Those of us that are here at the 7th. trump, cannot prevent “precede” them that have died first. Why? Because they that have died are already with him. They are not in a hole in the ground, they have already gone to the Father in the spirit. Ecc.12.6-7 reads.
Ecc.12:6] Or ever the silver cord be loosed, or the golden bowl be broken, or the pitcher be broken at the fountain, or the wheel broken at the cistern.
[7] Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.
Jesus will bring them back with Him. Back to Thes.4:16.
Thes.4:16] For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
At the last Trump, notice the colon, they have risen already.
Thes.4:17] Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
Here’s where they go wrong, in the clouds, is in a group. Have you ever seen a cloud of black birds or a cloud of locust. Then it says “so shall we ever be with the Lord.” Paul spoke street Greek. Let us look at another writing of Paul. In Hebrews ch.12 verse 1 reads.
Heb.12:1] Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,
So, you can see this cloud is a group. Then we have “in the air”. This word has always been translated “spirit.” In the New Testament. Now we can read it as it should be read and that is, “those of us left in these end times at the last trump, will all be caught up together in the spirit to our Lord Jesus Christ.” Isn’t that simple. Back to 1Thes.4:18.
1Thes.4:18] Wherefore comfort one another with these words.
Comfort each other with the word of God. How simple the word of God is. So where do they get we are going to fly away from? In 1830 a woman by the name of Margaret MacDonald had a vision. And John Darby invented the Rapture Doctrine. These poor pastors are putting their trust in man and not God, (Jer.17:5). This chapter wasn’t talking about being raptured but simply where are the dead. If they wanted to teach you how it would go down in these end times, they should have flipped the page and gone to 2Thes.2. and we are.
2Thes.2:1] Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,
[2] That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.
Don’t let a false teacher tell you that 1Thes.4 is about the coming of Christ, but let this be what comforts you in the end times.
2Thes.2:3] Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
In Mark ch.13:5 Jesus tells us the first thing about when asked about the “End Times” is “Let no man deceive you by any means”. Then the falling away, and Satan. When Satan comes the whole world worships him thinking he is Christ. But they have been deceived. Now some teachers would tell you this “son of perdition” is Judas. It is not, it is Satan. Who’s name in the Greek is Apolyon, G684 Apollia, from G622 Apollumi, to perish or be destroyed. Only one person has been sentenced by name to death and that’s Satan. Eze.28. many others will follow.
2Thes.2:4] Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
This is the antichrist, Satan. The 6th. trump. The 2nd. Beast of Rev.13:11. Only he will stand and call himself God.
2Thes.2:5] Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?
[6] And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time.
[7] For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.
Let’s look at this word letteth, It is G2722, katechō in the Greek, 1. to hold back, detain, retain. 2. that which hinders, Antichrist from making his appearance. That could only be Michael, the arch angel that holds Satan in heaven right now. At the sixth trump Michael kicks him and his angels out of heaven onto the earth. For that let’s read Rev.12:7-9 and it reads.
Rev.12:7] And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
[8] And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
[9] And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
Do not overlook that his angels are cast out with him. These are the fallen angels that we read about in Genesis chapter 6. The 7,000 that come with him. Back to 2Thes.2:8.
2Thes.2:8] And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
[9] Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
[10] And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
[11] And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
[12] That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
These are ripe for the pickings. As we wonder about our fellow men and women who can’t even decide whether they are man or woman. This belief in rapture also causes the “apostacy”, the great falling away.
2Thes.2:13] But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:
[14] Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
[15] Therefore, brethren, stand fast, and hold the traditions which ye have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle.
Stand with the gospel armor on against Satan. About this “epistle”, let me remind you of 2John 2:10 and it reads.
2John2:10] If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:
[11] For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.
If anyone brings you a different doctrine than what Jesus brought, do not contribute to them, not financially or by any means. Back to 2Thes.2:16.
2Thes.2:16] Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, which hath loved us, and hath given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace,
[17] Comfort your hearts, and stablish you in every good word and work.
Now we have the truth about how it’s going down in the end times. What the rapture teachers are hiding from you is Ezekiel chapter 13, I think purposefully. So, let’s read it with understanding.
Eze.13:17] Likewise, thou son of man, set thy face against the daughters of thy people, which prophesy out of their own heart; and prophesy thou against them,
They were not prophesying Gods word but out of “their own” hearts.
Eze.13:18] And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Woe to the women that sew pillows to all armholes, and make kerchiefs upon the head of every stature to hunt souls! Will ye hunt the souls of my people, and will ye save the souls alive that come unto you?
Sew pillows, to cover Gods outstretched saving hands. This means they are hiding truths from their congregations, and teach other means of salvation. Real quick let’s read Psa.44:3
Psa.44:3] For they got not the land in possession by their own sword, neither did their own arm save them: but thy right hand, and thine arm, and the light of thy countenance, because thou hadst a favour unto them.
Their arms can’t save them, only Gods can. Who sits on his right hand, Jesus. Only Jesus can save you. The light of the world. Back to Exe.13:19 and it reads.
Eze.13:19] And will ye pollute me among my people for handfuls of barley and for pieces of bread, to slay the souls that should not die, and to save the souls alive that should not live, by your lying to my people that hear your lies?
They do this for money, maybe a pension. God is calling them liars.
Eze.13:20] Wherefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against your pillows, wherewith ye there hunt the souls to make them fly, and I will tear them from your arms, and will let the souls go, even the souls that ye hunt to make them fly.
Fly away doctrine just exposed here. God knew 2,500 years ago that this would be taught to deceive his children. But He warns us with his word.
Eze.13:21] Your kerchiefs also will I tear, and deliver my people out of your hand, and they shall be no more in your hand to be hunted; and ye shall know that I am the LORD.
[22] Because with lies ye have made the heart of the righteous sad, whom I have not made sad; and strengthened the hands of the wicked, that he should not return from his wicked way, by promising him life:
[23] Therefore ye shall see no more vanity, nor divine divinations: for I will deliver my people out of your hand: and ye shall know that I am the LORD.
And they will feel his wrath. I don’t say this to offend anybody, but God just warned those that teach the false doctrine not to. It will hurt, they will pray for mountains to fall on them. Out of shame will they gnash their teeth. They make strong the hands of the wicked that they won’t repent. Now we just read the KJV bible, did you know they had to change Gods word by printing their own version. Yes, the NIV bible has changed Gods word to fit their narrative, to rapture. Grab a NIV bible and prove me right. May God reward them according to their works. But before we go, let’s read what Jesus told us in Luke 12.
Luke12:2] For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be known.
[3] Therefore whatsoever ye have spoken in darkness shall be heard in the light; and that which ye have spoken in the ear in closets shall be proclaimed upon the housetops.
They will try to hide the truth from his children, but God will reveal it to the world.
Luke12:4] And I say unto you my friends, Be not afraid of them that kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do.
[5] But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him.
Fear God not man. And we continue with verse 10.
Luke12:10] And whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but unto him that blasphemeth against the Holy Ghost it shall not be forgiven.
To blaspheme against the Holy Spirit is to not let him speak through you when you are delivered up. This is the unpardonable sin. Pay attention because what is said next is our destiny, the reason we were born at this time.
Luke12:11] And when they bring you unto the synagogues, and unto magistrates, and powers, take ye no thought how or what thing ye shall answer, or what ye shall say:
[12] For the Holy Ghost shall teach you in the same hour what ye ought to say.
Don’t be afraid, Jesus just said it will be given to you what ye will say. Don’t premeditate what you want to say. But what the Holy Spirit gives you in that hour, that you say. Jesus didn’t tell us anywhere that he would come and rapture you away so you didn’t have to be here when antichrist comes, on the contrary, he said we would stand against the antichrist. And that the Holy Spirit would be with us, this in itself proves the rapture doctrine is evil, and should be taught that it is evil. Let’s go to his throne.
